  Very easy interaction. Great communication. Quick appointments. Very accommodating with a late appointment. I had already done my research and got the car I wanted. 2021 Macan Turbo. Really liked the fact that it was certified preowned and they provided a two year unlimited warranty to make me feel comfortable with a used vehicle. Decent pricing. Very knowledgeable sales “ambassador” To help solidify my comfort with the high mileage vehicle.

  I have to say that from sales and service and parts, there isn’t a department in this dealership that hasn’t been a pleasure to deal with. They are honest and upfront and professional with all of my family’s purchases and all services and parts that we have needed. I appreciate that they (literally everyone I have dealt with) has taken the time to explain anything that I have a question with, whether it be discussing possible models with my salesman Jackson and his boss Will getting our deals done or getting service taken care of with Daniel and Vincent and Josh or buying new tires with Dexter in parts! This dealership cares about their customers and the vehicles they are selling! I’m so happy to be apart of the Porsche if OKC family and want to say thanks to them all

  Five stars somehow feels inadequate. The team at this Porsche dealership was exceptional—professional, attentive, genuinely kind, and impressively easy to work with throughout the entire process. They exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. The car is incredible, but the real luxury may be the customer service. That level of care and professionalism is hard to forget. From start to finish, the entire experience felt worthy of the Porsche name.

  OKC Porsche serviced my 2024 Cayman S today and the experience was truly incredible. I was greeted by the Service Advisor, Josh, who immediately welcomed me and then executed a service plan to address my needs. He and the Service Technician, Daniel, kept me updated throughout the service process via texts and a multipoint inspection video. I was provided with a loaner vehicle, Macan Electric, for the day so that I would not have to wait until the service was completed which was greatly appreciated. Upon returning the loaner vehicle to the dealership, my vehicle was ready to go as planned and Josh provided me with a detailed description of services provided. I highly recommend OKC Porsche and will definitely return in future!!

  Our Sales Representative was Jackson Reeves. He is thorough and knows the brand inside and out. His knowledge and kindness made my decision easy. I really appreciate his desire to please his customers. Then, our Finance Officer was super personable. Lastly, our final delivery with Josh Grubbs put the icing on the cake. My overall experience was superb, and I pray that when I meet the service manager for our initial maintenance, I will be equally pleased.
