  I had a truly exceptional experience at the Porsche dealership in Santa Barbara. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Sarah, who was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I came in for a repair, and she immediately made sure I was well taken care of. When she returned my keys, she had added a beautiful Porsche keychain — a thoughtful and memorable touch that I really appreciated. Sarah also connected me with Skylar, the Porsche Pro, who guided me through the features of my vehicle. She was knowledgeable and patient, and helped me discover several features I hadn’t even realized my car had — including the heated steering wheel, seat memory controls, and many other premium options. Although I did not purchase my car from this dealership, the level of service I received absolutely deserves recognition. It’s clear that outstanding customer care is alive and well here, and I would gladly recommend them to others.

  I had an amazing experience at Porsche Santa Barbara. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and truly passionate about what they do. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Gage in sales and Skylar, the product specialist. Gage went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure every detail was handled smoothly. His knowledge of the vehicles and commitment to customer service really stood out. Skylar was also incredible. He explained all the features of the car in a clear and easy way, making sure I felt comfortable and confident before leaving. His attention to detail and enthusiasm made the delivery experience even more special. If you’re looking for a luxury car and a top-tier buying experience, I highly recommend Porsche Santa Barbara—especially Gage and Skylar.   I had an excellent experience with Porsche Santa Barbara, especially thanks to Skylar Starks. She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process of helping me set up and connect my vehicle with the My Porsche app. Skylar took the time to create a support ticket for me, followed up directly with Porsche on my behalf, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. She clearly explained each step, kept me updated, and was genuinely kind and patient the whole time. Thanks to her help, everything is now set up perfectly.
