  I had an outstanding experience at Porsche Santa Barbara when I leased my 2026 Porsche 911 on July 30, 2026. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. A special thank you to René Verbrugge, Sales Manager, for making everything come together seamlessly. I also want to recognize David Zoesch, Certified Brand Ambassador, who was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire buying experience exciting and stress-free. After I took delivery of the car, Rebecca K. in Sales Concierge went above and beyond. She helped me set up everything in the Porsche portal, walked me through all the features and connected services, and made sure everything was working properly. She even followed up with a phone call afterward to confirm that everything was set up correctly and to answer any additional questions I had. That level of customer care really stood out. I am extremely happy with my new 2026 Porsche 911. The professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. Everyone treated me with respect, never made me feel pressured, and genuinely wanted to make sure I had the best possible ownership experience.   I had a truly exceptional experience at the Porsche dealership in Santa Barbara. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Sarah, who was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I came in for a repair, and she immediately made sure I was well taken care of. When she returned my keys, she had added a beautiful Porsche keychain — a thoughtful and memorable touch that I really appreciated. Sarah also connected me with Skylar, the Porsche Pro, who guided me through the features of my vehicle. She was knowledgeable and patient, and helped me discover several features I hadn’t even realized my car had — including the heated steering wheel, seat memory controls, and many other premium options. Although I did not purchase my car from this dealership, the level of service I received absolutely deserves recognition. It’s clear that outstanding customer care is alive and well here, and I would gladly recommend them to others.

  I had an amazing experience at Porsche Santa Barbara. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and truly passionate about what they do. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Gage in sales and Skylar, the product specialist. Gage went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was honest, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure every detail was handled smoothly. His knowledge of the vehicles and commitment to customer service really stood out. Skylar was also incredible. He explained all the features of the car in a clear and easy way, making sure I felt comfortable and confident before leaving. His attention to detail and enthusiasm made the delivery experience even more special.   Over the years, I have had more disappointing experiences at the Santa Barbara Group than at any other dealerships outside of Santa Barbara. I have been a customer of MBZ, BMW, and now Porsche within the SB Group. Most recently, my experience at the Porsche dealership was so disappointing that I decided to take my car to Westlake for all of my maintenance and future purchases. The staff at SB Porsche is inexperienced, and on top of that, they attempt to rip you off, for lack of a better word. For example, they told me the cable for my seat cooling fan was damaged and disconnected, and that it would cost $400 to fix. Fast forward: I went to Rusnak, and they told me the cooling seat cable was simply unplugged. They fixed it immediately, obviously at no charge. On top of that, SB Group tried to upsell me on the 20K routine Porsche maintenance when I had just purchased the car as a Certified vehicle only five months prior. What did they try to upsell me on for a recently certified purchase? Spark plugs and a bunch of other items such as oil, filters, etc., which would have cost north of $3,000. They would not even bother looking up the records or contacting the dealership where the car was purchased to check the maintenance history. They simply said that since the maintenance wasn’t done at their dealership, they wouldn’t know anything about the records. Any professional and honest service staff would make an effort to find out by contacting the dealership where the car was purchased. That is exactly what Westlake Porsche did, and they set the record straight. This is not even mentioning that the two times I went to the SB dealership, they never returned the car washed, as any well-run and professionally managed dealership would. Case in point: Westlake Village Porsche was far more professional, well managed, and returned my car washed. I would not recommend anyone go to the SB Group unless you are comfortable paying for whatever they ask with your eyes closed. Ver
