  I never expected to be driving home in a brand-new 2027 Kia Telluride, but thanks to Jordan, the entire experience was seamless. He was knowledgeable, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve had. Thank you, Jordan, for making it such a positive one! Benny in finance was also so helpful and kind! Didn’t hurt they passed out otter pops being a 90 degree day 😎

  Go see Miguel! I have had the best experience ever buying a car from Miguel. I just dropped in and met him at the dealership and he instantly greeted me after 2 other salespeople walked right past me like I was invisible. Miguel is kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He never once talked down to me, which has been a very common experience in the past. When I found out the car I wanted had sold, he worked to bring in a car from another dealership overnight so that I could get the car I was hoping for! I highly recommend buying a Kia from Miguel. The process was easier than every other experience I have ever had buying a car.

  I had an absolutely incredible experience with Power Kia in Salem and cannot recommend them enough. After doing a lot of research and dealing with other dealerships, we ended up working with Tyler (GM), Taylor, Jose and James, and the difference was night and day. They were honest, professional, and genuinely focused on helping us get the right deal — not just selling us a car. Tyler made sure we were taken care of from a pricing standpoint, and everything was transparent and fair — no games, no pressure, just straightforward and respectful. James went above and beyond by personally delivering our new Kia Sorento EX Hybrid AWD to our home (an hour away!) and taking our trade-in back with him. That level of service is rare. The entire process felt easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable, which is not something I expected going into car shopping. We truly felt like they had our best interests in mind the whole time. I am absolutely in love with my new car — I feel like a princess driving it — and I’m so grateful we chose Power Kia.   We had an absolutely incredible experience with Power Kia in Salem. Dane and James both went above and beyond to make sure we got the exact car we wanted. There was never any pressure, never any pushy sales tactics. From the beginning, they made it clear they didn’t want us to compromise, even if that meant losing the sale or taking more time. It ended up taking about two weeks to track down the right vehicle, and not once did they try to steer us toward something on the lot just to move things along. What really stood out was the level of service. James personally drove the car out to our home in Sandy at 9:00 at night because we didn’t have a way to get it. That kind of effort is rare. He was gracious the entire time and never once made it feel like an inconvenience. Every question we had was met with a thoughtful and fair response, and we genuinely feel like we got the best possible price. We had visited other dealerships before this, and the difference was obvious right away. At Power Kia, you feel comfortable the moment you walk in, and by the end of the process, it feels like you’re working with people who actually care. It honestly felt more like family than a dealership. I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you’re looking for a car and want a completely different, better experience, this is the place to go. And the Kia warranty is just icing on the cake.
