  My wife and I needed to get another vehicle. We looked at a few different dealers and I honestly can say that Preferred was far better that anywhere else we looked. The team (Michael and Ramon) that we interacted with was awesome. They were not pushy at all and were very professional through the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership.   After totaling out my car I was faced with finding another one. After bad experiences with all my local (GR) dealers I branched out and found Preferred. What a great experience! Austin was fabulous to work with. No high pressure, very helpful and knowlegable. After a lot of consideration I bought a new Equinox, which I absolutely love. Every single person I dealt with was helpful, up front and no pressure. It was a great experience!

  We just bought our first, brand new vehicle from Preferred. We dealt with Ramon, Ryan, Bret and Matt. They were all absolutely amazing!! We tried another place first and were turned off by them right away so we tried this place out and were pleasantly satisfied. They are friendly, helpful, don’t try to upsell you and do their best to get you in the vehicle that is best for you both financially and practicality. I would recommend them to everyone.

  Austin was very helpful in getting us set up with a great deal on the right car for us. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new or used SUV. They have plenty of options in stock, and all of their cars are in good shape with clean carfax records.

  My girlfriend and I were in the market for our very first brand-new vehicle. Leading up to our appointment, I was incredibly nervous because we had just dealt with a very aggressive, pushy salesman at a Toyota dealership that left us both feeling uncomfortable. Honestly, we were absolutely blown away by the experience we received here from Mike. He took the time to answer all of our questions in great detail, providing extra information and clarification without a shred of pressure. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuine. After Mike helped us find the perfect fit, we worked with Eric to finalize the signatures, and he was just as phenomenal to work with. We absolutely love our new Chevrolet Traverse! We can’t thank Mike, Eric, and the team enough for turning what could have been a stressful day into such a memorable, positive experience.
