  I had an absolutely awesome experience at Preferred. I ended up buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and I’m in love with it. Nate Tabler was awesome to work with. He listened to my needs and helped solve any problem that arose. I couldn’t be happier with my car and the service I received. River did an awesome job helping me with my financing after I decided to purchase instead of leasing. There was a girl in training, I can’t remember her name. She drove with me while I test drove the car, she was so friendly and helpful. She’s showed me a lot of helpful information on the car’s controls, etc. She is going to make a great salesperson.

  I worked with Monty and he was absolutely amazing. Everyone here is super professional and easy to work with. I purchased a used car from here and had taken it home and noticed the ac wasn’t working all of the time. I let them know and they ended up doing around 4,000 worth of repairs to fix it for me. Unlike other dealerships where they put bandaids on damages and still sell it to you anyways. Monty gave me daily updates on the repairs and was so kind, responsive, and personable during the entire time i was working with this dealership. I also had a problem with my loan and they were able to give me the best rates and still let me take the car home and use it while they were dealing with banking and everything for me. overall i am super impressed with this dealership and if i ever need a car again i WILL be coming back to this dealership. i have absolutely nothing bad to say and overall amazing experience!!!

  I've given the service department the benefit of the doubt on numerous occasions, but I've finally had enough. When my truck left me stranded while still under warranty, this dealership turned me away for service to get me back up and running. I get it, service departments can get backlogged. They forwarded me to a dealer in Grand Rapids, which was not a great experience at all. It only gets better when not once, but twice they offered me oil change packages on my Ram 2500. Only one problem, my "SRT" engine does not qualify for the package as it does not use the same oil. Great, that is awesome that I believed to have an understanding. But to then call me back in for service 9 months later, claim to me over the phone that my truck does qualify for this package deal, then proceed to tell me after my truck's oil was emptied that I do not qualify for the package and the oil change is going to cost me $120. That is an extremely scummy way of doing business. Not to mention, as a service manager, you should know better about the vehicles that come into your garage for service. Mistakes happen, but you've surpassed my limit and I will never have my truck serviced here again. You have lost me as a service customer, as well as a vehicle buying customer.

  Experience was not good to start with. Delayed start on repair, told it was in progress when it was not. However when Mr. Meyer stepped in everything changed progress was made and we were kept updated. Overall, thanks to Mr. Meyers stepping in, we are satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Jeff.

  They were happy to work on my vehicle. It was a recall issue, and some places dont like that. Everything went fast and now the car is running smooth. Very grateful and the service and seriousness was a blessing during a rough moment.
