  Multiple disappointing service experiences here with my 2026 Durango Hellcat (takes 8.3 qt of oil). First visit for an oil change on my brand new car, they put in 9 quarts and overfilled it — then gave it back to me that way. I'd actually watched them overfill it, and only after I brought it up did they recheck, see that it was over 1" past the high mark on the dipstick, pull it back in, and drain the excess. Not something I should have had to catch myself on a new $95,000 supercharged car. Second visit was a scheduled appointment for an oil change, and my vehicle sat in the bay for 51 minutes before anyone touched it — with two empty racks open the entire time. The oil change itself then took 70 minutes, with the tech repeatedly disappearing into the back for long stretches. And no, they were not busy — two empty bays when we arrived, two empty bays the entire visit, and two empty bays when we left. My wife and two babies were not happy waiting two hours. Then they checked the rear lights and remote start which gave us trouble. Another couple came in and had their oil change done in 35 minutes during ours. When I raised concerns with the service department, I was told things that simply weren't true. I could see the whole service area through the glass, so the explanations didn't add up.... One more thing: if my car takes 8.3 qt and you charge me for 9 qt, but only put in 8 I should not be charged for 9. Bottom line: be careful and double-check their work. And don't tell customers a story they can watch unfold through the window. I complained to the main manager, Erik Creswell, when we got the car back three hours later and it was low on coolant... and his response was a smart ass "appreciate the review you left"; I said what review I havnt left one and he said oh I thought you left on last time. Nope but I will now.

  Alex is amazing! He made the car buying process easy and fun. The staff is so nice and willing to work with you anyway they possibly can. I have had dealings with Alex on more than one occasion and today was the day we closed the deal!

  Carl was our salesman and he was great. We had numerous questions about specific features we needed so we could tow the jeep behind our motorhome, and he answered all of them with a smile. Daniel helped us with our transaction and made it as easy as possible. Great job everyone 😀 We do mission work all over USA for Churches of Christ sojourners group. We are also BAMA fans,so the cross,the jeep and the elephant on the windshield said it should be ours☺️
