  Bought a shiny new jade green Telluride Hybrid. It drives great, plenty of power, and mind bending tech and gadgetry. It’s a very smooth ride & driver. As for the tech payload…I’ll definitely need to RTFM to figure it all out. A solid warranty as well. My Sales rep Ryan was great! Not a lot of blather, just solid feedback on vehicle attributes. Test drive day one, worked up a viable price, then back with a cashiers check the next day. Relatively painless compared to the folks at Toyota down the street.

  Had an amazing experience at this location! Ryan helped me out with getting the car I wanted at the best price. They were able to get me better rates than my bank did. The beat an 11% APR from my bank with a 6% APR instead. Ryan also went out of his way to drop my rental car off at enterprise for me after I purchased my new Kia. He also helped me move personal belongings out of the rental and into my new car. This dealership went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. No scamming rates, no time wasted, no BS. Walked in for the car I saw on AutoTrader, and drove off in it. 10/10!

  We had a fantastic experience leasing our brand new Kia EV9 from Kia. Keaton was exceptional from start to finish, he asked all the right questions, listened to what we actually needed, and followed up in a way that felt genuinely caring rather than pushy. He negotiated the exact terms we were looking for and made the entire process feel effortless and enjoyable. We couldn't be happier, and we're truly grateful he was the one who guided us through it. 10/10 ask for Keaton!

  Juan Martinez was very helpful throughout the entire process. Very professional and he did a great job with answering any question I had. Overall a very good experience buying a car from him and this Kia.

  I would like to start by saying everyone we encountered at Kia Premier was very nice, and the place was very clean. The salesman worked very hard to get us the car we wanted and he worked with us on our trade in. All was going well until we got to the paperwork, they wanted us to sign legal documents that didn't apply to us due to the fact it was a cash deal. At first we were told it was to protect the dealership, and we had to sign if we wanted the car. I became very uncomfortable at that point and my guard was up! The sales person asked for our licenses and said he would be right back, a few minutes later I received an alert on my phone that Kia was running my credit report. After locating our sales person I asked why they ran our credit (with out our knowledge) for a cash offer again he said to protect the dealership, we ended up signing the consent at that point. Kia Premier also wanted us to sign their privacy policy. I urge everyone to read the policy before signing! They state they don't sell your information, but by you signing the agreement you give them permission to share it for marketing purposes. The policy lists third party service providers that are in connection with providing "certain services" and include contractors located out side of the country and they might be required to disclose your information to government agencies in those countries. The policy lists a host of other things that I find to be quite alarming, read it for yourself and you decide. I imagine a lot of companies have privacy policies like this and I just never noticed, I will now.. Again, the people were so nice and I wish all this `questionable paperwork didn't produce such an overall negative experience.
