  Well it was a 5 star, buying the car was great with our sales rep. I thought buying a new car with 28 miles on the dash, there would be alittle more hustle to gwtting it fixed. But I purchase the extra warranty, and cant even get a call back after 7 attempts to getting my glass replaced. I leave numerous messages 2 weeks after buying the car. We noticed the car with 28 miles had a big scratch in the glass. No one has called me back.

  Your team is very good at what they do. Knowledgeable in pointing out all the features of the vehicle and walking through the purchase process with ease. Andy and Brett were great to work with and Brett did a wonderful tutorial to show us how to navigate all the different items in the dashboard computer. Thank you, Harry

  Prescott Valley Kia was the perfect place to buy my new Kia. Ask for Brett Thatcher! Brett made my shopping experience easy, pleasant, and easy. I did a lot of research and visited several dealerships before deciding to buy at Prescott Valley Kia. Brett made the difference and is why I bought there. I found the whole process to be a nice experience. From all the questions, options, and finding the right model and trim that I was perfect for me personally. Then finishing the process with Jason Moran in Finance. Buying a new car is not typically a process that I like at all, Brett and Jason were the exception to that rule.

  I purchased a vehicle from Prescott Valley Kia at the end of March. My salesperson, Braiden, was excellent!! He was knowledgeable, sincere, came across as a trustworthy, honest young man. I felt I was in good hands with him. I have been back a couple times for recalls and a tire... he asks about the car and has even called a few times to make sure all is going well. I really like my car and feel I got a good price. I would definitely come back to Prescott Valley Kia and ask for Braiden.

  Tracy at Prescott Kia service department went above and beyond with the assessment on my Kia and the service I received. Beyond that everyone else involved was helpful and friendly. While I was there I mentioned I wanted a trunk mat, these were in stock and I am grateful for this mat.
