  The Sales and Finance Team at Prestige Ford Michael Cook Sales, Jonathan Sales Manager, David Internet Manager, Anna Internet Sales and V finance manager were absolutely amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make their guest feel right at home! Not to mention I was in and out with my brand new vehicle in no time at all! If you are looking for a new/used vehicle, I highly recommend Prestige Ford and Team!! You will not be disappointed! :)

  At first we bought an EV for our daughter. The process was quick (we were in and out within just over an hour). Fair pricing, no pressure, no bullshitting as at other dealerships. Very friendly personnel. Actually the best experience I had in 15 years. So then I recommended them to my son, who needed a car, after his old Dodge had issues. Again the same, super nice guys Tavy and Giovanni, very fair price on his trade in and a killer deal on his brand new 2026 Mustang. This was the nicest experience ever. Not to forget the lifelong warranty we have now. I can recommend them far above any dealership around here. I wish other dealerships would learn from them.   I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding experience my family and I had purchasing our new 2026 Bronco from Prestige Ford in Mount Dora. From start to finish, the entire staff was absolutely fantastic. Shaun McKissack, who put the deal together, was incredibly smooth, straightforward, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He truly made it worthwhile for us to drive 2½ hours to close the deal on our new vehicle. I also want to recognize Chi and Chris McCray for taking the time to personally introduce themselves when we arrived and making us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we walked in the door. That level of hospitality and professionalism does not go unnoticed. The team at Prestige Ford absolutely earned my business, and I will gladly spread the word throughout my fire department and among friends and family about how exceptional this dealership was to work with.
