  I am still in shock that I have a 2021 Hyundai Sonata in my driveway!! Jesse was amazing!! I told Jesse my price range and what I needed to keep my monthly payment around and he did just that. I was told everything up front and directly. It was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had!! Jesse also came in on his day off to get me in a car because it was kinda of an emergency situation which I was so grateful for!! I’d give him 1000 stars if I could!!

  For over two months I searched the entire country for a used 23 Jeep Gladiator EcoDiesel with very specific factory options. 2023 was the last year Jeep made the Gladiator with the 3.0 EcoDiesel. In those two months, I found two. The best of which was at a dealership in Millsboro, Delaware. I contacted them from 1,500 miles away and told them I'd like to fly out and see it but that it would take a few days to set up transportation. They were very accommodating and agreed to hold it until I could get there. Once there, the Jeep was in even better condition than I expected. It was fully fueled, freshly detailed, and just waiting for my arrival. We had agreed on a price the first day I called, assuming it met my expectations, which it did. Within a very short time, I was on the way home with it. Even with airfare, the price was better than expected. I have been buying new and used cars and trucks for over 45 years, often purchasing multiple vehicles from the same person. This was without a doubt the best transaction I’ve ever had at any dealership. If I lived closer, they would be my first stop every time.

  Everyone was great at the millsboro location. Ben our salesman was awesome. They went above and beyond to get our deal done. This is the second car we purchased from Preston and will definitely go back. My credit was a challenge but they got it done.

  What a great experience to be able to deal with Courtney at the dealership, he was very pleasant and experienced with the knowledge of my new ram bighorn.Renee was also easy to work with in the finance department. The only drawback and I've experienced is at all dealerships is the fact that you spend half a day getting the deal done and the paperwork. a more pleasant experience would be get in and out in an hour or so. Such a courteous group of people there at preston cdjr

  This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Colin (sales), and Chris (finance). Both of them were gentlemen. They were professional, personable, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The facility was clean, and had great amenities. Sitting in finance I didn’t feel a single bit of pressure, and the experience ended in a great deal on a solid used vehicle. The vehicle will be registered in Maryland, and they scheduled the Maryland State Inspection at a location and time that was convenient for me at no extra cost. I highly recommend Millsboro CDJR, and the Preston Automotive Group!
