  Darnell was great he was very knowledgeable of each vehicle and was very pleasant from beginning to the end!!! Darnell made the experience very great and very quick process I recommend Preston Hyundai they have a large selection of vehicles to choose from and everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant. And I will like to give a Shout out also to Gina and Mike for also helping me to have a great car buying experience!!!

  Contacted Preston Hyundai in regard to 2 recalls and that there was an odor in my car, that perhaps filters needed to be changed to get the smell gone. Arrived early for my appointment and they advised they were working on it. About an hour and a half later, the Service advisor told me my car was ready. She said that they removed and inspected the filter's and that they were clean and that they are unable to advise me of why there is an odor. I left and got home and saw that I had a text from Preston Hyundai advising that there were several critical recommendations that were generated by the inspection. I then pulled the recall invoice and there were the completed recalls listed and then there were the critical recommendations that stated that I had denied them. Keep in mind that I went to them for the odor, why in the world would I deny having filters changed. At no time did she or anyone else in the service department ask me if I wanted to do the recommendations. I called the service department Monday afternoon and was told that I would have to leave a message for the advisor, and she would call me back. No phone call back, I had to call her on Tuesday. She apologized and said she was not aware of the critical issues and that all she knew was that the filters were clean when the service team inspected them, however they are clearly stated on the invoice with her name as the advisor. I should have looked at the invoice, but I took her word that everything was ok when she told me the filters were clean and they couldn't tell me the origin of the odor. I live 45 minutes away. So, I made another appointment to get the recommendations done. (In the meantime, I emailed the Service Manager on Monday and to this date there has been no response from them either) So today, Wednesday, I get a text from Preston Hyundai Service telling me that I need to call to schedule an appointment for open recalls on my car.   Great buying experience, had the exact vehicle we wanted, were completely prepared for our arrival, effortless negotiations, paperwork was quick and effortless, sale and finance staff were top notch, one of the best buying experiences we have had.

  This is my second auto purchased from Preston, definitely not my last.I would highly recommend Preston Hyundai. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and will give you a great deal.My wife and I dealt with Ryan Walker who was our salesman, and he was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and worked hard to get us a great deal. I have already recommended him to friends and family.I would also like to say how good Keith, the General manager and Noah, the finance manager were at closing the deal and getting us out of the dealership in a timely manner.They also have a large selection of new and used vehicles. The dealership building is clean and inviting.I would like to add that I was just there, and even the service facility is nice, comfortable seating, large tv, and a variety of snacks and water
