  I had a great experience purchasing my first new car from Pride Kia of Lynn. The sales associate, Tobias, is incredibly professional, communicative and made the entire process smooth and easy. He always greets you with a nice firm handshake and made my family feel included in the process. Even when he was dealing with other customers, he remained calm and made sure everyone was attended to. I was able to test drive the car and all my questions were answered. They didn’t have the color I wanted but Tobias went above and beyond to get my dream car. I love my 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX-Prestige in Heritage Blue and I’ve named her “Bubbles.” 🫧 I’ve already gotten compliments from coworkers and friends. I wanted the all weather mats and this was provided before I drove off with my new car. If you are thinking of buying a car from here, I highly recommend you ask for Tobias.   I had a great experience at Pride Kia of Lynn! Tobias made my lease-end transition as easy and stress-free as possible. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me get into the exact new car I was hoping for. The General Manager, Charbel, and the Finance Manager were also incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The entire team made me feel valued and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish.

  Had the best experience ever. It’s my 5th time buying a Kia and this dealer exceed my expectations. Phil was amazing and incredible, they helped us around and made a deal that worked for everyone. Def sticking with this dealer!!!

  I've been at different dealerships and these people are great. I had a service done on my kia Sorento last week and they did the great job. From the strat, Stephanie talked to me when I called the first time and she was calm and explained everything to me and offered some options and worked with me to deal with multiple issues. Now, the car is running great and all done. Compared to other dealers I have been over decades, the staff are absolutely friendly and helpful. Thank you all

  Tobias Pimentel and the whole team were great to work with. They helped me get a fair price for my trade-in and new Sorento, and the entire experience was simple and friendly. Overall, there is room for improvement in some aspects but the whole experience was mostly positive. The car I purchased was not cleaned with any detail before it was ready to drive off, lots of dust and smudges still present, but a small oversight. Thank you, Pride Kia. I will recommend your facility to anyone I know in the market.
