  Just bought a 2025 1500 ZR2 from Sarah. She was fantastic. Down to earth and honest throughout the whole process. We worked as a team to find a good middle ground and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Definitely recommend this dealership and Sarah.

  Worked with Nate but unfortunately the cat we came to see was sold before we got there. So we ultimately went to a different dealership that had the car we wanted in stock. Nate was great! Patiently worked with us and our son who likes to interrupt a LOT, but he didn't seem bothered by it at all. Showed us multiple vehicles and took a lot of time with us, and didn't pressure us at all. I would definitely recommend him!

  Recently had my 2022 Chevrolet Equinox LT in for a check engine light issue. Dropped it off on a Saturday and didn't see it for two weeks. I was told the code it was giving was an open circuit code and that water had somehow infiltrated the copper wire and corroded the wire. A replacement pigtail had to be ordered from GM in Dearborn and sent to the dealership. Part was installed and code was cleared. This all occurred in January of 2026. Fast forward to the last week of February of 2026 my wife notifies me to say that the check engine light is in again. I have no clue what the code is till I can get to my scanner and read it. That was on Wednesday I was able to read the computer on the car. Code was P0449. Same open circuit code as before. I waited till it warmed up to figure out the issue and on Saturday the 28th of February 2026 I had the opportunity to get under the vehicle to look and low and behold I find a red wire had broken off from the evap canister solenoid. The same wire that was fixed back in January of 2026. I am not one but happy with the fact that there workmanship didn't even hold 1 month. It was repaired with a heat shrink butt connector and then wrapped with electrical tape. No heat shrink wrap was used what so ever. Needless to say I did a makeshift fix till I can get the correct wire if I need it and the correct connectors and heatshrink to do what this repair shop couldn't do. Thank God I had the extended warranty for the repair. Nearly $1200.00 and all i paid was $213.00 for rental the I kept an additional 5 days.Do better Progressive. Do better.

  Long story short . My vehicle was totaled .And I went to numerous car dealerships. Not having experience with or credit history.Dealerships very nerve wrecking. One dealership wouldn't give me time of day , one try to intimidate me another one held my driver's license for 3 hours and wouldn't give them back. Progressive Chevrolet reached out to me and give me an appointment time May 21st. Spoke w Bre, I was up front with her and told her what shenanigans other dealerships would do. She was straightforward with me. Which I respect for. Bre gave me my information I went home talked it over with my family the next day I reached out to Bre. She set me up with an appointment the following day. Granite I was the first time buyer and I was there for hours at a time. But at the end Bre was able to help me out and get me what I wanted. Made experience very pleasurable, and I highly recommend any first time owners buyers anybody looking to buy a car for the first time to go and see Bre she will do everything in her power to accommodate you. I just want to say thank you very much for the assistance that Bre gave me I will never go to another dealership as long as she is working there thank you and I will continue doing business with this establishment.
