  I bought a jeep form another dealership that had an active recall on it. Took it to progressive to be serviced then realized it was a lot more than what I anticipated. Candice in the service department was great help. They had my vehicle for 3 weeks total. During that time Candice was very informative as to what was going on. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the proper courtesy car to go on vacation with and made sure everything was as it should be before the car was returned to me. I was concerned due to the fact I made my second payment on it while it was sitting in their lot waiting to be fixed due to the recall but Candice made me feel much better knowing that it was looked at top to bottom and if there were any problems all I had to do was call her. As a female taking my car in to have absolutely anything done is the last thing I want to do, but Candice made that experience much different and easier to be honest.

  Had a great experience working with Conner. He was professional, patient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, helped me find the right vehicle for my budget, and never made me feel pressured. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I really appreciated his honesty and communication. I’d definitely recommend asking for Conner if you’re looking for a good car-buying experience!

  I was looking for a used truck and went to quite a few dealerships over the past couple months and as soon as I pulled in I could tell it was a well run shop compared to several others I visited. Was greeted at the door and Joey took me to his desk right away and got an idea of what I was looking for and then showed me a few trucks that fit my criteria. Was a no pressure environment and floor manager Brian introduced himself and made me feel like they truly appreciated the opportunity to earn my business. I found a truck I knew felt like the right that was a little above what we wanted to spend but they worked with me on the price and got it to where I felt like I would be sorry if I didn’t pull the trigger. We love the truck and if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle I would highly recommend visiting them to see if they have what you’re looking for. They have a nice selection of both new and used vehicles for sure.

  My experience with Progressive Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Hills and Dales Road NW in Massillon, Ohio, was exceptional. The customer service truly exceeded my expectations. A special shoutout to Madison Bolon (Solutions Provider), Jimmy Dowling (Business Manager), and Brian Glasper (Floor Manager). They made me feel so welcome throughout the entire experience. This was my first time car shopping in many years, and they genuinely made the experience enjoyable and low-pressure. My partner and I were there together looking for a vehicle, and everyone treated us with such kindness and hospitality. We were offered food and beverages while we were there, which was such a thoughtful touch. Madison, my sales associate, was wonderful. I felt very comfortable with her and could really relate to her. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and at no point did I feel pressured. I would absolutely return to this dealership in the future and would highly recommend Progressive Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.
