  Can't support any business that sends out scams. Got this flyer with a fraudulent and misleading "winning" pull tab that is meant to pull gullible or unaware people into their dealership. I would gladly support a business that just gave me honest info or sent something (even if they were lying through their teeth) saying they could help people arrive at a reasonable price negotiation for a good product. Don't waste your time on any business that actively and happily misleads people

  I was searching for a good deal on a 2026 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and found the right one with Rainbow Chrysler Dodge and Jeep in McComb, MS. I had been searching on Facebook and came across a ad on a Jeep Wrangler by Cameron Barnes and contacted her through Facebook marketplace. She was great at getting me the information I needed to check on the Wrangler she had posted. Every question I asked she was quick to answer and went way beyond helping me. I’m so pleased with my new Jeep and I appreciate all at Rainbow dealership that helped me get my Wrangler. They were all so friendly and helpful and I’m so glad I went there. Thanks everyone!

  Emily Aucoin was the BEST sales lady she worked so hard to get the deal done. I commented on a Facebook post ten minutes later she was messaging me two hours later we was electrical signing and arrangements made for the car to be delivered in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend them.

  We bought our Jeep Rubicon from here almost 2 months ago and it was a very easy and stress free process! Ethan Young was our salesman and he went above and beyond to help us from the time we started looking until the day we made the deal! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly; plus, I just got my first oil change from them for free, which is one of the sweet perks you get when you buy from them!

  I want to start by acknowledging the new Service Manager, who was professional, respectful, and ultimately the reason my vehicle was finally fixed. After three months of issues caused during service, the new manager stepped in, took accountability, and resolved the problem without excuses or blame. Unlike others I dealt with previously, they did not accuse me of slamming my doors too hard to explain the damage that occurred while my vehicle was in their care. Unfortunately, my experience with the employee who took the loaner vehicle was unacceptable. I was not allowed to take the keys to retrieve my personal belongings from the loaner. Instead, she had to walk me out and open the door herself, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. To make matters worse, a technician threw all my personal belongings onto the Jeep's floorboard, showing no care or respect for my property. On top of that, both front door handles were scratched, damage that was not present before service. While I appreciate the professionalism of the new service manager, the actions of other staff, the mishandling of my belongings, and the damage to my vehicle made this an extremely frustrating experience. This dealership needs better consistency, accountability, and respect for customers. The 5 stars are all for the service manager!
