Hailey was so professional, knowledge, and personable - I would definitely recommend asking for her if you are in the market for a new car! Antoine was the manager and he was extremely helpful in making the deal happen. I really really appreciate all of you! I recommend them 110%

  I normally don't write reviews, but I feel this one is warranted. I looked at a vehicle on Friday and verbally agreed with the salesperson on Monday that I would purchase it. The only reason I couldn't buy it that day was because I was out of town, so we agreed I would come in Tuesday to complete the purchase. Communication throughout the process was slow, with long delays in text responses. When I arrived at the dealership at 2pm Tuesday, the salesperson told me he was helping another customer and asked me to give him 10 minutes to look at my trade-in. Ten minutes turned into more than an hour before anyone even looked at my vehicle. By the time we finished, it was around 4:30pm. I called my loan officer to send over the buyer's agreement, but she had already left for the day because of the delay. The salesperson and I agreed to meet at 9am the next morning to finalize everything, and I left the dealership around 5pm At 6pm that evening, instead of receiving a phone call, I got a text message saying someone else had sold the vehicle. That was extremely disappointing and poor customer service. If the salesperson had asked for assistance instead of making us wait for hours, the deal could have been completed that day. A verbal commitment may not be a signed contract, but I expected better communication and customer service. The next day I took my business to Lexus of New Orleans. I test drove a vehicle, completed the paperwork, and drove it off the lot in less than two hours. Ralph Sellers needs to do a better job training its employees on communication, time management, and customer service.

  I am retiring now and after many decades of buying nothing but used cars and, I decided to go for it and buy my first NEW CAR (SUV). I wanted luxury, comfort, and value and after doing quite a bit of research and test rides I decided the only car that checked all the boxes was the newly released 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Cali. Then I visited a few of the Hyundai dealerships in the areaand knew immediately from the moment I was greeted by staff, I was going to buy my new Palisades from Ralph Sellers Hyundai. My experience was phenomenal…shout out to Danny, Antonio, Jay, and Bessie…each in their own way making the buying experience positive, personal, and more than doing an auto transaction. Great people, who genuinely care! So, today, after many years of buying someone else’s new car, I drove away from the Ralph Sellers team in my first brand new car EVER. Life is good…and so is Ralph Sellers Hyundai! Thanks Team RSH!!!

  My wife just purchased a new Tuscon from a different dealership because what she wanted wasn’t in stock here. Used your service department for service and software recall fix. Gets home and just raved about her experience. So much that she has decided her next vehicle purchase will be through Ralph Sellers. She is not easy to impress so I want to thank you all.
