  We have purchased quite a few Mopar vehicles in the past. After having less than pleasant experiences trying to put a deal together in town with our previous dealerships we found Ram Country. We called yesterday before they opened and were greeted and immediately passed to Michael for a follow up. He stayed in constant communication with me and even had the truck pulled around ready to go when we pulled up. Even with us throwing a curve ball and changing units on him after we got there he shifted gears smoothly with us with no hesitation or pushback. When I say out of all the vehicles purchased this was the smoothest easiest transaction I have EVER had trust me! We drove 1.5hrs just to give them a shot and are pleased to say as the fleet builds they will absolutely get all of our purchases. From beginning to end was only an hour and a half including finance. Everyone there was more than polite & helpful and appreciated being given the opportunity to help us get into another new RAM. This is how vehicle purchases should be! They are 1000% worth the drive.

  This is how vehicle purchases should be. Michael is our new “go to” salesman as well as this dealership will continue to have our business. I don’t remember everyone that helped us; but the experience is second to none! Every single employee is friendly, respectful and engaging. We will gladly drive the just shy of 2 hours to do business with Michael and his colleagues. Courtesy, respect, transparency and a great vehicle is what we got and a lifetime client is what they got.

  The process was easy. No bait and switch. In fact, I got into a vehicle a bit better than I one I was looking at. They worked with me on the terms I was asking for. I left happy. Enjoying my vehicle.

  My cars been in the service center for 3 weeks and going now, they can't even answer when it might be done. I got a 2016 hyundai tucson from here and it didn't even make it 20k miles before the engine crapped out on me. I had it towed to the dealership and the next work day. The mechanic tried to charge me $220 and send me out with an engine that had metal shaving in the oil filter and all in the oil. I had to notify the warranty company and finally 2 and a half weeks later the mechanic started a warranty claim. Not to mention when I went up there to talk face to face they only seemed interested in trading my car in, horrible service
