Excellent service from start to finish. Gavin and Lance were incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. There was absolutely no pressure, which we truly appreciated, and the finance process was clearly explained and handled with care. We are extremely grateful, especially since this purchase was for my son and daughter-in-law. They made sure everything felt comfortable and right for our family. Highly recommend this dealership!

Thank you Lance, Gavin, Cristian, Bob and Agnes. Don’t bother shopping around. This is the only dealership you have to go to because they’re straight forward and they don’t play games. Overall, I had a smooth experience at the Rancho Santa Margarita Honda Dealership while exploring options for what turned out to be my first ever purchase of a Honda SUV. I ended up buying a 2026 Honda Passport Elite in the Ash Green color and it really had everything I was looking for in a vehicle, including a fair price. My Sales Representative, Davis, was very helpful in providing me options and flexibility with payment and also answered all of my important questions about each vehicle I was considering. He wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. I am happy to be joining the Honda family and look forward to visiting again down the road for my first service. Thank you!

Worked with Felipe and a few others. Only routine maintenance and overall the experience was with nice advisors. There was a bit of overselling but none of the dealership fearmongering that makes for irritation. Prices were in line with or better than most dealers so I would recommend coming here for good service and OEM parts.
