  Bought 2 cars from here but 2 decades apart because I started to drive Acuras. However, all my services from my Acura has been done here. Ash the service advisor is top notch! Great guy. This past week, I got a CRV Hybrid Touring. The Sales Manager Lance, amazing and upfront. He looked over my reasonable requests, the trade-in value from Ashleigh, and set me up Georgey his best and quickest deal maker. I was in and out in 2 hrs. Some of it was just general wait time, setting up the app and paperwork. Lance honored my request of no haggling and Georgey provided great customer service. Great service

  Excellent service from start to finish. Gavin and Lance were incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. There was absolutely no pressure, which we truly appreciated, and the finance process was clearly explained and handled with care. We are extremely grateful, especially since this purchase was for my son and daughter-in-law. They made sure everything felt comfortable and right for our family. Highly recommend this dealership!

  I had an excellent buying experience at Rancho Santa Margarita Honda. After shopping across multiple brands and dealerships (Mazda, Toyota, Honda, Acura), this was by far the most professional and straightforward experience. Their pricing was already very competitive, and you can tell they take pride in being a no-hassle, no-haggle dealership. Even so, they were willing to work with me to help meet my budget and get me into a great car, which I really appreciated. Davis, my sales rep, was fantastic—attentive, communicative, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. When I arrived, both the general manager and sales manager took the time to introduce themselves and chat, which added a really nice personal and professional touch. The finance process with Christian was just as smooth. He was transparent and respectful—no pressure, no unnecessary upsells, and no pushing products I didn’t need, which is rare even among good dealerships. What really stood out was the efficiency. I’ve spent days or even weeks going back and forth with other dealers, but here the entire process was wrapped up in just a few hours with minimal back-and-forth. Overall, a very professional, straightforward, and customer-focused experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stress-free car buying process

  Visited the dealership to finalize a deal on a used HR-V that was pretty much agreed. The process still took over 3 hours; there was no explanation provided. I felt they were just taking their time with no consideration for mine. Other than that, interactions with sales staff was great.
