“My husband Dave and I are beyond satisfied with our total experience at Ray Skilman Hyundai in Avon, IN. (We highly recommend him) Once the paperwork was complete, financing was processed. Side note: a wonderful, kind and cheerful young lady verified we have insurance. (we do, of course) She is a complete sweetheart. I apologize but I didn't think to get her name either) This beautiful soul helped us pass time while the financing was being processed for approval by sharing travel tips for our upcoming wedding anniversary trip to Arizona (complete with lodging, restaurants to check out and sites to see, and to skip completely). JT Truran is equally awesome. He's the finance manager who has a definite winning personality. He explained everything completely, offered options we might want to consider, some of which we definitely wanted. Very knowledgeable, kind and an all around kind man. Overall, our experience, from the phone call to driving away in my new car, was wonderful and we Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience in their venture to purchase a great vehicle.
