  My husband Dave and I are beyond satisfied with our total experience at Ray Skilman Hyundai in Avon, IN. We called and the GM (who's name has escaped me, sorry) answered our inquiry about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He said it was still available and when we arrived, less than an hour later, the car was completely cleaned and detailed, ready and waiting for the test drive. Our Product Specialist, Zarious Coleman was proficient, courteous and completely professional, knowledgeable and beyond kind. (We highly recommend him) Once the paperwork was complete, financing was processed. Side note: a wonderful, kind and cheerful young lady verified we have insurance. (we do, of course) She is a complete sweetheart. I apologize but I didn't think to get her name either) This beautiful soul helped us pass time while the financing was being processed for approval by sharing travel tips for our upcoming wedding anniversary trip to Arizona (complete with lodging, restaurants to check out and sites to see, and to skip completely). JT Truran is equally awesome. He's the finance manager who has a definite winning personality. He explained everything completely, offered options we might want to consider, some of which we definitely wanted. Very knowledgeable, kind and an all around kind man. Overall, our experience, from the phone call to driving away in my new car, was wonderful and we Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience in their venture to purchase a great vehicle. We are completely satisfied customers and, if we choose to purchase another vehicle in the future, this will be our 1st go to location.

  If you’re looking for a new car, I highly recommend going to Ray Skillman Hyundai and asking for Franny! Franny was absolutely amazing to work with—super friendly, patient, and efficient throughout the entire process. He made everything feel easy and stress-free, answered all my questions, and truly took the time to help me find a safe, reliable car that fit my needs. What really stood out is that it didn’t stop after I drove off the lot—Franny has still been reaching out to make sure I’m taken care of and continues helping me with any warranty questions I have. That kind of service is rare and means so much! You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants the best for them. I’m so grateful for his help and couldn’t be happier with my experience. If you’re car shopping, definitely go see Franny—you won’t regret it!

  The sales manager was absolutely amazing. No pressure and I had challenged credit. I financed a 2026 Santa Fe and I am in love with this car. This place will forever have my business.

  This dealership deserves a perfect 10! Honest! Wonderful listeners! No pressure! Treat you like they would want to be treated! Professional, knowledgeable, and team players! I discovered Avon Hyundai, through the Service department, last January because of car trouble in 3 degree temps. I spoke to Orien, first. A true Star! He and his co-worker, Nathan, guided and helped me through several reoccurrences of the same problem. They actually listened to me! When it became apparent that I needed to make a change, Jackson, my salesman, was absolutely tremendous in every possible way! Mike E, the finance manager, offered options, explained everything clearly, offered to talk to my son in NYC and then gave me time to talk to my son alone. Manager Drew and Sales Manager Chad were both helpful and great leaders. Jackson, Mike, and Drew were patient with me, especially since I was there all day and came back the next day. This was a hard and unexpected trade for me for lots of reasons, but they were all very understanding and did I say, Patient? Looking for a car dealership you can trust? I've found mine! Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai! 10 stars!! I live on the other side of town, but it will be worth the drive for me to keep coming here for my Service! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Joanna!

  Recently purchased a 2025 Santa Fe from this dealership, Our salesman Zee was exceptional from start to finish. Austin in finance was great and the GM Drew made sure we walked out happy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
