  My wife and I had an excellent experience with Regal Kia, and our Salesman Manny. He helped us purchase a new vehicle, and the entire process was smooth and professional from beginning to end. Manny was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful, answering all our questions and making sure everything was handled correctly. It’s not always easy to find someone trustworthy when buying a vehicle, but Manny made us feel confident in our purchase.   We are very pleased to say that we have had yet another very pleasant and satisfying experience with Regal Kia. Everyone from the sales managers to our awesome salesperson, Adriane, and Jayden in finance were exemplary with assisting us get into our 2026 Sorrento that we are very grateful for and pleased with. Anyone looking for such an experience with purchasing a vehicle should definitely go to Regal Kia.

  It's nice to find a dealership that respects a customer's wishes. I contacted Regal Kia simply wanting one price for one particular vehicle. I was promptly contacted by Amy Claxton who asked a few basic questions and within a few minutes had the information I requested. She was professional, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. After a little negotiations I was sold. They had the vehicle ready for me detailed and with a full tank of gas within a short while. When I got in the pick up and paperwork were seamless and painless. Amy walked me through all the features in my new Kia. She helped me get all the tech connected through the app and she handed me off to finance. Finance was thorough and professional. No high pressure up-sales tactic. Just a run through of all the warranty and service packages available for purchase for my K5. All in all this was one of my best new car purchasing experiences. Everyone went above and beyond to meet my needs and make me feel comfortable with my purchasing decision. I will definitely be back for another Kia purchase in the future.
