  My husband and I were interested in a Ford Bronco and as usual at Ricart, we had the best experience. From speaking with Drew to the follow up and delivery with Kris. They made the entire process seamless. Kris was very knowledgeable and helped with our trade and the set up of the Bronco and Ryan was very quick with our payment and paperwork. Kris even followed up the next day to check in and put me in touch with a branch of their company to add a detail to the car…

  I had an awesome experience, Malachi was very professional and courteous. He made sure I was set up for success on the new technology since it had been almost 15 years of buying a new car. He did all the things that a good sales associate should do, follow up and follow through with the purchase. I only had vehicle service with Ricart before so this time I wanted to see if they lived up to the customer service part and Malachi made sure they did! I’m very happy with my new Bronco sport.

  I have been going to a different Ford dealership for the past 14 years and they tried to push me into an $800 payment which I had to keep saying it was out of my price range, and was very pushy with it, instead of just letting me choose a cheaper car. That made my decision to go to Ricart in January for my recalls and then decided to go through them to trade in my vehicle recently. They listened from start to finish on what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and made my experience smooth and happy as it should be!! Customer service from each person was great and I’ll definitely be going with them from now on. Traded 21 Ecosport for 26 Escape.
