  Not the service I have had in the past. No printout of the multiple check points, no discussion on needs with technician, and no sticker in the window to remind me of next oil change. Darrel left…did Laura leave too! Why are good people that understand good customer service leaving? So, got the oil changed in spite of the mediocre service…
