  Just had a great experience with Chris Garcia, sales associate with Rivard GMC IN Tampa. Chris understood that we were 2+ hours away. He went out of his way to provide updated pictures and video of the vehicle we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable of the products and services and took the time to answer every question we had as we drove over to the dealership. He was professional, polite, and genuine in his concern for our decision. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was as easy and straightforward as it could be. The dealership was pristine and the sales experience was like none other. Not at all what I expected. No nonsense, no pressure, no stress. I highly recommend Chris and Rivard GMC.

  I came to look at a used car with my son and we were greeted by Curtis. He immediately asked what we needed and what car we were interested in. We wanted to see the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe with low miles and one owner. He immediately went out to find the car. My son test drove the car with Curtis & he said that Curtis pointed out the good points - leather seats in great shape and some minor scratches in the paint. We bought the car and Curtis had it detailed and filled the gas tank when we came back with the check! Excellent experience and no endless waiting games. Such a pleasure. Update on the car, my son's air conditioner quit blowing cold air within 10 days of buying this car. I believe they knew about the air conditioning having an issue but did not disclose it. The money he paid for this car was all he had, he cannot afford a repair bill already. Disappointed.

  I recently obtained a new vehicle with them, because of my low credit score most places where i went i wasn't really able to aquire much or they would say it was hard to help me, Miguel at GMC on the otherhand was fantastic. He laid out things as they were, and helped me get financed and approved for a 2026 Sierra AT4! Miguel helped me in such a way that with consistent ontime payments my credit will improve drastically. He made the application process so easy, explained everything in detail and didnt fluffy anything, just said things as they were answering any and all questions i and those with me had. truely one of the best experiences I've ever had in a car dealerships. Rivard Buick GMC is definitely one of a kind! Amazing service and Miguel is absolutely the best! If anyone is interested in doing business with them i highly recomend it! And Miguel is the best person to go see!

  My husband and I went in last night, spur of the moment, to look at a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500 and we had phenomenal service from sales expert, Harold. It was our first time at this dealership and we were treated very well. We are serious buyers, want no-nonsense from businesses, and this business delivered. We bought the truck and, normally, I dread going in to dealerships because of the hours it takes for paperwork, etc, but Harold was expeditious, honest and made it pleasant and easy. We will absolutely return to purchase more vehicles from this location, and specifically from Harold. He is definitely an asset to this dealership and we highly recommend.

  I had an outstanding experience with Rivard Buick GMC and especially with Lee Sookdeo. About a week ago, I reached out to Lee after seeing on Facebook that they had the exact truck I wanted coming in... a brand new 2026 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali Ultimate. From the very beginning, the process was quick, easy, and completely no-nonsense. Lee gave me a great price right up front, I put down a deposit, and that was pretty much it. The truck arrived, and I told Lee I’d be in a few days later to pick it up. I called him Thursday and said I’d come Friday, and when I arrived everything was completely ready to go. No waiting around, no pressure, no running back and forth between different people. Honestly, Lee was the only person I really had to deal with the entire time, and that made the experience even better. I picked up the truck Friday — literally fresh off the transport truck — and then used it the very next day to pick up my new Airstream 27 ft. International. Lee made the whole process smooth from start to finish. He handled the paperwork efficiently, gave me a helpful orientation on the truck, got me connected with OnStar, answered my questions, and had me on the road quickly. If you want a straightforward, professional, stress-free buying experience, I highly recommend Rivard Buick GMC and definitely recommend asking for Lee Sookdeo.
