STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! I haven’t dealt with their sales dept but I’ve had the worst experience with their service department. Keep in mind I only took my 2024 Sierra for a simple oil change and fuel filter on Friday 05/01. I take my truck home (luckly) and the next morning as I’m driving off I see oil on my driveway. Oil was leaking from the filter. I get it things happen, so I take it back Saturday 05/02. After a while they call and say it just had to be retightened and offer a free oil change for my next visit. I bring it back home and believe it or not the next day the leak is STILL there and this time it’s WORSE. A free oil change just won’t do it if I end up having engine damage on a $70k truck. You would think for $349 the least they can do is get the job done right the first time. My honest advice to anyone planning to come here is if you value your car, engine, and money, STAY AWAY from their service department. Besides being back for a 3rd time now and having to figure out what is really wrong with it, I now have to pay someone to come get these 2 oil stains off my driveway.
