3 weeks agoWas trying to purchase a vehicle through them. It was like pulling teeth for response and help from any of them. Called to speak to a sales manager and the lady wouldn’t transfer us. Finally got ahold of him but we kept being passed off onto someone else nothing was consistent. I was told he had 3 customers and his time was stretched thin but it seemed that way the entire time communicating with him. I dealt with Frank and Keith I’m not really sure who I was speaking to at which time. I’ve never had to try so hard to purchase something. Usually a sales associate is very responsive and helpful but here nothing was really helpful. Was really trying to purchase a 50g vehicle but the whole experience was not good so I decided to not give them my business and another one will come up. Maybe that’s why their vehicles are on the lot for so long.

7 months agoI had my Ram serviced at River Front Ram, where they replaced my water pump in September 2025. In December, I noticed coolant leaking onto my driveway and brought it back to them. Instead of standing behind their work, I was told I’d have to pay $250 just for diagnostics, and that it would be three weeks before they could even inspect it. They refused to put it on a lift or do a basic check. I took the truck to Naperville Ram, and within minutes they identified the issue: River Front did not install the proper OEM clamps during the original repair. This was a basic installation mistake. River Front refused responsibility and tried to charge me again to fix their own error. If you care about quality work or accountability, take your vehicle elsewhere. 12/22/25 - I spoke with Chris. You Sir 🫵🏾, I need to correct your statement that “all clamps are the same.” That is factually incorrect. A worm-gear clamp and an OEM spring/constant-tension clamp are not interchangeable, especially in a coolant system: •Worm-gear clamps apply uneven, point-load clamping pressure, can oval or cut the hose under heat, and are known to relax over heat cycles. They are typically acceptable for temporary or low-stress applications. •OEM spring/constant tension clamps apply uniform 360 pressure and are specifically engineered to expand and contract with temperature changes, which is exactly why manufacturers use them on coolant hoses. This is not opinion it is standard engineering practice and the reason OEMs specify constant-tension clamps in cooling systems. There was no need for a 1-on-1 discussion to debate this point. The hose leaked because the incorrect clamp strategy was used, and the issue should have been avoided by following OEM installation standards the first time. Please consider this matter closed with you Christopher. I am not interested in further discussion on reimbursement or justification the expectation is know the correct work up front.

6 months agoWe recently purchased a Jeep from River Front CJDR and I can't believe how smoothly it went. I have never had a more positive and enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle. We are VERY pleased with their service. From the minute I requested information online to the last minute after signing the papers we have not one complaint. Citlaly, Jim S and Vinnie are the BEST!!! They truly made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Great people to work with!! We highly recommend them if you are in need of a vehicle! Thank you River Front!!!

6 months agoGreat customer service. Clean. Friendly and GREAT hot chocolate while you wait. The online sales person was there to greet us as we walked in, and then she handed it over to the sales rep, Tracey, to complete the sale. Vinnie from finance was really friendly and efficient! This process is dreaded by many, but everyone at River Front made it go as smooth as can be and we were out of there in less than 2 hours, which is impeccable timing for the car sales industry.
