  Austin provided an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish. He was prompt, professional, and took the time to walk me through the entire process while answering every question thoroughly. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality, even offering me coffee and made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciate his outstanding service and professionalism.   I love the fact that I was not pressured in to buying a new vehicle it was like shopping with a friend. The whole process was very simple no stress at all.   Robbins Chevrolet has been taking great care of my truck for several years now, and I truly appreciate their service! I came in today knowing it would be busy since it's the 4th of July weekend. The employees handled everything professionally, even with a few interesting moments. One gentleman wanted to be let in before everyone else and tried to jump the line—we were all like 😲! I believe they worked something out with him. Then another customer said his car didn't have any oil after it had just been serviced. 🤣🤣🤣 He was pulling up his pants while talking, and it definitely made for an entertaining visit! Thank you for the discount and the future discounts for completing this Google review. I also want to mention that the dealership is always clean and welcoming inside. I know the internet will be back up soon. The employees work hard and deserve some chair massages after taking care of all of us customers! I pray that each one of them enjoys a safe, relaxing, and happy 4th of July weekend. Thank you again for always taking good care of my truck! 💪🏾😁🙌🏾🇺🇸💯

  1st and foremost I wanna say we went to Robbin Chevy wanting to see how much we can get for our vehicle when I pulled up to get an estimate Oscar Lopez greeted me with smiles asking if I needed help and took me inside. From there he became so understanding of my needs and wants. Went above and beeping to get me my dream truck. This guy is my forever salesman and will go where he goes. Please ask for him he is amazing at his job.
