  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Ron Dupratt Ford in Dixon, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Ryan Steele, Tony Castro, and Tiffany Martell — what an incredibly efficient and effective team! The entire process was handled over the phone in less than 30 minutes. No runaround, no wasted time, no nonsense — just sharp, focused execution from start to finish. By the time I arrived, everything was already taken care of. I literally just showed up and drove away in an amazing car. That level of efficiency is unheard of in car buying, and these three made it look easy. What sets them apart isn’t just their speed — it’s that they were equally effective in every other way. Communication was clear and responsive, professionalism was on point, and their friendliness was genuine. They didn’t just get the job done fast — they got it done RIGHT, and made me feel like a valued customer the entire time.   I was very pleased with the service from the DuPratt Ford Dixon service members from start to finish. It began when I inquired about a vehicle listed on their website and was rapidly contacted by Daniel. The visit to the dealership was pleasant with no hard-sell techniques, but simply folks who gave me information and made the process of purchasing a car easy and painless. After test driving, selecting a vehicle, and beginning the purchase process with Daniel, I was assisted by Tiffany in Finance who is absolutely wonderful! Hands down, this was my best experience ever in purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommended!

  What a great dealership and fantastic customer service. I’d been looking for a 2026 F350 with the 6.7 L diesel for a couple months. Dupratt Ford Dixon had 4 in stock and exactly what I was looking for. Shakera was my new car sales representative and I can’t say enough about her. She was on top of the entire buying experience and gave thoughtful answers to my questions. She understood my needs and delivered at every level. Thanks Shakera for the hard work and dedication to the buyer. Finance Mgr. Bob and Sales Mgr. Tony were also on point and extremely easy to deal with. They both made the entire sales experience enjoyable and quick. No added fluff and met my needs as well. Great overall experince and highly recommend Shakera, Bob and Tony at Dupratt Ford Dixon for your next Super Duty purchase!!!

  Ryan is an impressive young man, respectful, very knowledgeable, eager to help, and honest. Extremely rare qualities at a dealership. He was very attentive to my wife's questions and need to be certain the Maverick was for her. Even after the sale, he was responsive and considerate; many salesman show their true colors after a sale is finished or if they don't get the sale. We had other options, but Ryan's personality, especially at his relatively young age, made the deal. We were treated well on the price too, but Ryan was the primary factor we went with Dixon Ford.

  Over the weekend I bought a Ford Bronco Sport. First, I started this process several weeks ago and I must say, as a single woman I truly appreciate DuPratt Ford of Dixon’s overall setup of seemingly being nonaggressive towards customers. My first day on the lot I was actually listened to and not hovered over when I said I was just looking to get ideas. The second time I went I had called ahead and asked to text drive a Bronco Sport, I explained I was not ready to purchase, but was just trying to narrow down my option. Again I was listened to, and not pushed or pressured to reconsider my position at any point. When I scheduled my test drive is when I was officially introduced to my sales person Rebeccah, whom I cannot speak highly enough about. Rebeccah was very personable and made me feel comfortable from the start. She was patient and exceptionally knowledgeable. Rebeccah was honest when she did not have an answer but quick to find it for me, just as she was to find the vehicle that matched my specific wants when I was ready to make my purchase. When all was said and done this was one of the easiest and smoothest car buying experiences I think anyone could ask for. I honestly did most of the process over the phone or via email, until it was time to actually sign the papers and receive my vehicle. I will be referring my friends and family to DuPratt Ford and specifically giving them Rebeccah’s name and number.
