  We had such a great experience with Roper Kia, especially thanks to Grant! From the moment we reached out, he was helpful, patient, and easy to work with. Buying a car can feel stressful, but Grant made the whole process smooth and straightforward without ever making us feel pressured. He took the time to answer our questions, helped us find the right vehicle for our family, and made sure we felt confident before driving away. We truly appreciate his kindness, communication, and the overall customer service we received. We are so happy with our new Kia and would absolutely recommend Roper Kia—and Grant—to anyone looking for a vehicle!

  Had one at the best experience at Roper Kia, the sales people were amazing, friendly attentive not pushy nor a cold sale. Michael Jarman is the bomb, fantastic man as they all are there, Janelle a wonderful lady enjoyed conversations with her. Everything was so great and wonderful, after buying my first brand new 60k telluride, while I was there with everyone being wonderful and all, I was tempted to actually buy a K5 as well. Michael was wonderful I look forward to seeing them all again, while we were there even my parents are thinking about getting a Kia carnival even though they just purchased Ikea Sportage about 6 months ago from Roper Kia, my sister and her husband purchased a telluride before the holidays at Roper Kia and said the same as I did. Highly recommend, just go in and just look and talk to them and you'll see how wonderful they are and attentive to whatever your needs are.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5‑Star Review for Roper KIA (Joplin, MO) I want to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I’ve received from Roper KIA in Joplin, MO. My 2022 Carnival developed a persistent “Radar Blocked” message that would shut off the cruise control. The team diagnosed the issue and replaced the audio unit (the infotainment/head unit), and for two days everything worked perfectly. When the error returned, they were ready to take the vehicle back immediately. My Service Advisor, Jeff Taylor, has been exceptional throughout this entire process. He communicated clearly, kept me informed at every step, and genuinely cared about getting the problem resolved. When the error reappeared, he seemed truly disappointed — not because of inconvenience, but because he wanted the fix to be perfect. That kind of sincerity is rare. I also want to recognize Lauren Cornett, who arranged a loaner vehicle for me — first a brand‑new 2025 KIA Niro Hybrid, and later a nearly new KIA K5. She is always bubbly, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Her upbeat personality and genuine kindness make the whole experience of dropping off your car for service something you actually look forward to. Unfortunately, a major snowstorm delayed my return trip to the dealership by about a week, but I had complete confidence in Roper KIA and their service department. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine customer care set them apart. I’m happy to update this review now that the repair is complete — and I’m thrilled to say the team at Roper KIA got to the bottom of the issue. They discovered the radar unit was slightly loose, secured it properly, and recalibrated everything. The “Radar Blocked” message is gone, and the cruise control works perfectly again. I couldn’t be more grateful for their persistence and professionalism. Jeff, Lauren, and the entire service team truly went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommended.

  Recently purchased a brand new Kia Carnival hybrid and we love it! Also, we bought a used Chevy trailblazer and got a great deal. Michael Jarman, our salesman did a great job helping us find exactly what we wanted without hurrying us or being pushy. I highly recommend the Carnival, if you’re in the market for a van. Make sure and to ask for Michael Jarman!

  Huge shoutout to Roper Kia and especially Aaris Vogt for an outstanding experience. From start to finish, everything was quick, seamless, and genuinely stress-free—which is not something you usually expect when buying a car. Aaris went above and beyond to make the process smooth, kept everything moving efficiently, and made sure we understood every step without any pressure.
