  I got my dream car, a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Willys - and in Joose Orange!!! Sandy was very simple to work with - with my crazy work schedule 90% of my help was done via Email which I SOOOO appreciated. No pressure, met me on a lease price that worked for me, with a fairly decent residual buyout. I plan to buy out soon. The vehicle was delivered with some damage from the mfgr but they coordinated all the repairs - even through all the delays.

  The Rossi Dealership is amazing and Dave Younan is the best sales manager in America. I’ve been to many dealerships in my life and this one is the by far the cleanest and friendliest place I’ve ever been to. The whole staff is amazing and collectively they all know how to take care of the customer. Great Job Rossi, oh and the new Ram Pickup is an incredible ride! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

  have purchased three vehicles through the Rossi Group over the years and always had positive experiences with their sales department. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the service department was one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. I made an appointment specifically to ensure the vehicle was safe to drive for my long commute. On the phone and again in person, I clearly stated multiple times that I only wanted the car diagnosed and did NOT authorize any work without speaking to me first. I also specifically provided my number and asked that they contact me, not my husband since the car now belonged to me, hence the purpose of my safety check before taking on the new vehicle Instead, I received no communication and later found out they had already begun nearly $2,000 worth of work after contacting my husband instead of me, despite my repeated instructions. When I voiced my concerns, I was dismissed and told it sounded like a “communication problem in my marriage,” which I found incredibly inappropriate and honestly misogynistic. I also expressed concerns to the front desk and service department but felt completely brushed off and talked over. The minimal discount offered afterward did not make up for the disrespect or stress this caused. The sales department earned my trust over the years, but the service department completely lost it. I will never return and am strongly considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. there's no way it's legal for someone who's not the registered cart owner to authorize thousands of dollars and then maybe be responsible for paying.

  We recently purchased a car at Rossi Dodge. It was a great experience, and the salesman, Marvin, was a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Rossi dealership and Marvin. The whole environment was great and helpful. They had drinks and snacks, and coloring books for the kids. It was just a wonderful buying experience.
