  Huge shout out to Alex and Julian on helping my fiancee and I get a Ford F-350 XL. Even though we came in 30 til closing. The process was smooth and we appreciate the running boards added. 10/10 I would recommend everytime.

  I highly recommend Jay Pineda for the incredible service he provides at the dealership. He is very professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He genuinely cares about his customers and makes the entire process much more comfortable and enjoyable. He takes the time to explain every detail, answer questions, and ensure that people feel happy and confident with their purchase. He also has the thoughtful gesture of giving gifts at the end of each sale, which shows how much he appreciates his customers. Definitely an excellent experience and someone you can trust 100%.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience with Levi Williams and Stephen Jones at Rountree Moore Ford! They were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Even when we had to come back due to a situation, they were incredibly accommodating, patient, and helpful every step of the way. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free and truly treated us like valued customers. Levi and Stephen absolutely got us done, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.   Awful place! They lied to me saying they had a car in my price range, and when I looked on the site it was 13k and when I looked it was 15k, more than I asked them for and that’s not including dealer fees and what not. When looking at reviews they all said to stay away from this place! And I believe it, especially when they delete comments and reviews to fit their positive narrative to be a good dealership! I won’t be surprised if they delete their review! But I have taken picture messages of everything! Bad place, stay away, and all their vehicles are above average price, you could definitely go somewhere else to to get a better and more affordable vehicle!
