  Just got a Kia K4 from here, the salesman Baylor was very helpful and helped me and my mother pick out a great car for me to drive to college. Thank you for making the buying experience easy and enjoyable.

  Had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Rountree Moore Kia in Lake City, and specifically with Graham Dyck. Everything seemed fine when I left the dealership. I traded in my vehicle, put money down, and drove away believing everything had been handled properly. Then, about a week later, they contacted me requesting a copy of my Social Security card. I found this strange because I have purchased vehicles before and have never been required to provide the actual card after completing a deal. I wasn't comfortable texting such sensitive information, and when I expressed that concern, the staff became rude. At the time, I had also recently gone through a divorce, and my ex-husband had my Social Security card about an hour away. It took some time to get it back, but I did exactly what they requested and sent it over. Weeks passed without any communication. I reached out multiple times asking if there was anything I needed to do or if I needed to begin making payments. Graham never returned my calls. Later, I was contacted again and asked for yet another pay stub. I provided it and once again asked if everything was good since nothing had changed with my employment or income. When I contacted Melissa, the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, she was short, dismissive, and rude. Her response was basically, "You took a long time sending the Social Security card, so who knows." That was not an acceptable answer. A few days later, Graham contacted me demanding that I call him ASAP. When I explained that I was in a doctor's appointment and would need to call back afterward, he told me I needed to resend my Social Security card because I hadn't signed it. Again, this felt incredibly strange and unprofessional, but I agreed to send it as soon as I got out of my appointment. Before I even had the chance, Melissa was already messaging me demanding I send it immediately. Keep in mind that none of these issues were caused by me.   When we arrived we were welcomed! We set up a meeting with a employee, but when we had arrived he was out with an emergency, and Mel took us, and TOOK CARE OF US! she was kind, she made us feel like we have known each other for years, she did her thing! The place was cleaned, they offered drinks and a comfortable waiting area, Dallas(I believe) and Jeremy we're also top notch! Thank thank thank you all for making out 1st big purchase everything we needed it to be! I LOVE MY JEEP!!!

  I have been a proud customer with Rountree Kia for 8+ years. I have bought 4 cars there and my husband 1 and we love their service, staff and dealership. Everything is very clean and staff super friendly. We always see Trey our favorite salesman for every purchase. He is honest and very nice to deal with. He makes purchasing a new vehicle pleasant, not frustrating. I would recommend anyone looking to buy or trade for a new vehicle to use Rountree and Make sure to ask for Trey! You will be happy you did. 😊

  THIEVES AND OPPORTUNIST!!!!! We bought a 2023 kia Telluride that had a crack in the bumper. Part of the agreement was that they would fix the bumper and since we lived 3.5 Hrs away it got a $1K approval to get it installed at a dealership near us in Orlando. They gave us the bumper parts all except for the main bumper. We we went to a dealer near us they advised and highly recommended fixing the main bumper bc it was also damaged ( overlooked by rountree) so we got an estimate and I sent that over to rountree. After a few days I got a text stating it was approved and to get it fixed. Fast-forward to time to pay the Orlando dealership and rountree now refuses and acts like they never knew anything about it flipping it on me stating they have new management and they didn't know anything about it. They refuse to pay the amount due leaving me to pay for something I wasn't prepared for that ended up costing $3,400. Dallas is a liar and won't admit that he approved it and Chris from Internet sells is Rude and pretty much said too bad, deal with it.
