  I had a great experience with the Service Department at RT 23 Auto Mall Ford. Chris and his team were professional, transparent, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The work was completed on time and exactly as discussed. As a business owner, I especially appreciated being able to work out of their conference room while my vehicle was being serviced. That level of accommodation makes a big difference when you’re balancing a busy schedule. It shows they understand and respect their customers’ time. Excellent service all around. Chris and his team truly run a first-class operation. Highly recommend.

  I recently leased a new Bronco from this dealership, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jonathan was an incredible salesman. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The rest of the staff was just as amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend stopping here and asking for Jonathan. I couldn't be happier with my Bronco and the overall experience!

  I had an excellent experience working with Steve on the purchase of my new Ford Transit 350.   It was our first experience at RT23 Auto Mall and Jason made the experience so seamless and stress-free. We love the car and still amazing how easy, quick and responsive they were. Very customer focused as every answer was yes we can do that! Would highly recommend and use again!

  Decided to stop by Route 23 Auto Mall, To take a look at a truck. I was greeted by employees right away. They were very courteous. They made my truck buying experience very quick and they explained every detail to me. Out of all these years that I went to different dealerships to buy trucks this was the first one where the process wasn’t drawn out or very time-consuming. Thank you again. If anyone needs a vehicle, I would definitely refer them to Route 23 Auto Mall.
