  Great Dealer Ship. From the moment I got to the door , there to open was who I came to ask for Nathan Ballard. Thanks for making me feel like I was in good hands.   Nathan B. Was the sales expert that helped me navigate the buying process. His knowledge of his product was invaluable. He was just as helpful after the sale was finalized.   We had a great experience with Royal Oaks Chevrolet. They helped us get into the vehicle that we wanted. Tyler was great and to be honest he stayed over on the 4th of July to make this sale happen. The manager as well as Tyler was able to work with us to get the payment as well as the price that we wanted. I would tell you that if you are looking for a vehicle, whether you are looking for a new or used vehicle. I would for sure check with them before you make your final decision. They filled up my car like they said and told us that we can get our vehicle cleaned anytime we are in the area, just pull in and let them know and they will pull it through!!! Tyler and Royal Oaks Chevrolet thanks for going over and beyond to help us get what we wanted!!!

  I had my new vehicle in to Royal Oaks on June 15th to have the oil changed and the car serviced. Everyone was doing whatever they could to make it easy, fast and efficient. The staff was very professional and did everything they could to make sure that I was comfortable while waiting. They went above and beyond to make sure that I and the other customers were comfortable and our wait time was minimal. When my car was ready it was clean inside and out. Meaning it was washed and vacuumed. I didn’t even have to ask them. They did above and beyond my expectations. Thank you all so very much!
