  While searching for the best deal on a 2025 4Runner, we decided to make the long drive from Murfreesboro, TN to Bloomington, IN. When we arrived to the dealership, it was obvious that we’d made the right decision. When we first called Royal South Toyota, we spoke with Andy. We let him know that we were about to walk into another dealership to look at a vehicle they had in stock, and he wished us well while also asking for the opportunity to provide a better deal. After test driving the vehicle in question, we reached back out to Andy to let him know we were on our way to Bloomington. From the moment we walked into the building, we felt like family. The team at Royal South was graciously holding the vehicle for us due to our long drive, and each of them welcomed us upon arrival. Our sales associate was Dave Dove. If you haven’t had the chance to meet or work with Dave, you’re missing out! He is an excellent sales associate AND advocate for his customers. Dave worked on our behalf with Ray and the rest of the sales and finance team at Royal South Toyota to secure the very best sales price and trade-in value for our Jeep Wrangler. The entire buying process from beginning to end couldn’t have been any easier or gone any smoother. If you or anybody you know and care about is in the market for a new or used vehicle, you should absolutely stop by Royal South Toyota and give them an opportunity to show you the very best car-buying experience available!   I had a fantastic experience at Royal South. From the moment I walked in until I was handed the keys, the customer service and sales team answered all of my questions and worked with me to find a fair price. This was, by far, the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. A huge shoutout to Riley for all of her hard work in finding the truck of my dreams and making sure I got a price that worked for me. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Royal South to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience

  Five stars for Luke! He made the entire process incredibly smooth and honest. He locked in the exact deal we negotiated and made sure I got a great finance rate . If you want a salesman who respects your time and your budget, look for Luke.

  Excellent experience buying a new vehicle here. Royal south, especially Riley and Luke were great to work with. They got everything taken care of very quickly and got me in the vehicle I wanted with no problems. They even made right something that another dealership wouldn’t which was so above and beyond. Awesome to know that good customer service still exists.

  Last week I purchased a 2015 Toyota Tacoma from Royal South. I had been keeping my eye out for a Tacoma or something similar for a while, so when my husband found this one on the dealer's website, I knew I wanted to go take a look. From the test drive to the negotiations, I never once felt like I was being pressured or bullied into anything. Royal South truly feels like a hometown, family dealer. We worked with Ed and Ray throughout the process and had nothing but a wonderful experience. They listened to our concerns, gave us their honest opinions, and made us feel at ease. It was truly the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Royal South has our family's support for as long as we live in Bloomington and we will recommend to anyone looking to purchase!
