  We had a really good experience with Josh Holdridge. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. After our purchase he made sure to keep us updated on when our vehicle would be ready daily! Highly recommend!

  Joshua, salesperson, awesome, communicated with me for several days vis messaging on a truck I saw online, on Calentines day we had arranged to go see the truck, I was a few hours late arriving he was extremely courteous, attentive and helpful. We made a decisions and wanted the truck and everything went thru very quickly, we were done in a couple hours, the only delay we had and it was not negative is it to detail the truck and (very important) they filled up the truck with gas. Very happy all around, best dealership experience we have ever had and we have bought cars from another dodge dealership here in Las Vegas before .

  I recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Sahara Chrysler Dodge Ram, and while my experience started with some concerns, I feel it’s important to highlight how the dealership ultimately handled everything — especially thanks to the exceptional leadership of General Manager, Tyler Lavin. After the sale, I discovered a contract issue involving a program fee I had not received proper documentation for. I reached out to the dealership expecting a long, frustrating process. Instead, Tyler personally reached out, took ownership of the situation immediately, and resolved everything with professionalism and integrity. He reviewed my concerns, acknowledged the miscommunication, and issued a full $1,900 reimbursement without hesitation. That level of accountability and customer care is rare, and it restored my confidence in this dealership completely. Because of Tyler’s actions, I left feeling valued, respected, and treated fairly. The way a business responds when something goes wrong says everything about its character — and Sahara, under Tyler’s leadership, proved they stand behind their customers. I now feel very comfortable returning for future service and purchases. Thank you, Tyler, for earning my trust and turning the entire experience into a positive one. Highly recommended.

  I had another great experience purchasing another vehicle through the GM Chad. He gave me a solid deal on my trade and I was able to take advantage of the 0% financing and large discount that RAM was offering. This is our 3rd vehicle that we have purchased through Chad over the past 3-4 years or so. Solid dealership ran by a solid guy. I highly recommend them!
