  Some guy named Richard says he's the owner of this facility. In line, I was going to purchase a car from him. He said he owns the dealership but also sells cars on the side. Anyway, the deal was $1000 and $250. On a Mini Cooper Countryman. Being skeptical about it, I asked if I could pay $250 then the $750 balance upon delivery. He agreed, which calmed my fears of being scammed. Next day, still no car. He came up with a story that the "delivery driver" needed $300 to deliver. I argued that he wasn't forthcoming with that info in the beginning. I offer another $100 as a token of faith that I would pay the balance completely and again, he agreed. Acting like he has no memory, he hasn't delivered the car and has harassed me everyday, all day, for a full week. I have since purchased a car locally, im in Dalles. I have requested a refund of the $350 ive already sent because he had not full filled his promises. He refuses to refund my money and now im getting a lawyer involved. I sent the money to a Kristi Harris, not even knowing if she works for the dealership. I should've known better, but he still says he owns the place and that business. I even offered to let him keep $100 for his "trouble" but he refuses. Just putting this out here. Thanks

  I had an incredible experience working with Clarissa at Sames Ford. I cannot recommend her enough!!! From the very first day i stepped into the lot, she was exceptionally patient, dedicated, and most importantlly zerro pressure and never pushy. Literally the definition of professionalism. I had a very specific set of requirements for what I was looking for, and Clarissa respected my time and my vision every step of the way. ​She stayed in touch with me over several months as inventory changed, proving that she actually cares about finding the right fit for her customers rather than just making a quick sale.   The online mobile service ws excellent. The tech arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and worked efficiently to update the software program in my vehicle. The process took less than 45 minutes and was very convenient for me as I didn't have to drive to the dealership.

  We just experienced the worst service of any car delearship in Laredo. It was a complete waste of time and not to mention the lack of ethical behavior. We had been shopping for an F-150, the first deal fell through as they claimed we did not fill out the credit application correctly. The next thing we know is that the truck had been sold. Two weeks later we receive a call from the sales man stating he has another F-150. We decide to look into it and he mentioned it would be less expensive as it was a 2023. The price of this particular vehicle was listed online was $35, 487. He then proceeded to send us a four-square that stated this price plus the numbers for a trade-in. We had received the out the door price of $31,171.22 . Twice, we went in and the price now appeared as over $39K. This is false advertisement and bad business practice. They claim to want to earn our business and yet they have upped the price of the vehicle for a reason they cannot explain. They claim a second inspection was needed although the vehicle was already on the lot and was test driven. Needless to say, we will not be purchasing a vehicle from Ford Laredo.
