  Good experience overall at Sames Kia. My daughter and I bought a Kia K4 with Kevin Castillo, and he was helpful throughout the process. He answered our questions, wasn’t pushy, and kept things pretty straightforward. The process went smoothly from start to finish, and we felt comfortable with the purchase.   On June 1 2026. I took my vehicle without an appointment. I had I had a leak on my tire and I just took it to the service department to be checked approaching aspect with Damon the service person and I same about the problem and quick. He told me if I can have the keys and the tire I already had changed it. It was in the trunk so he opened the trunk and check it. It said you wanna take a seat and I will be with you. He took the car back to the shop and then he came in to speak to me and he was super professional. You can see that he really wanted to help the customer for me. We look into the computer and find out that the war thing. I’m sure there is don’t worry about it. We gonna check it and then I will let you know what the mechanic tells me and then at that point he advises me that next month in July I have the oil change you know if I want me to do it that’s it go ahead but it’s no problem if I come one month early, he said no so he changed the oil and I told him that I use synthetic oil. He said that’s what we use here that’s a great go ahead. I guess in 45 minutes they replaced me the tire new and the oil change that was so quick and maintained that I was waiting. He came and served me A bottle of water it was so kind. I’m so happy with the service that Damon gave to me in the future Same Kia. I hope you contact person like him. Thank you.
