  Just bought my very first truck off a dealership and let me tell you I had an excellent experience thanks to Mr Cesar Estrada. He took the time to show me all the types of models (Silverado) they had and also explain to me every detail and difference between all of them. Also working with my down and monthly payments. 10/10 experience! Thank you Mr. Estrada, and thank you Sames Chevrolet!

  I was rear-ended and took my Chevrolet Traverse to this repair shop on May 13. Today is June 6, and my vehicle is still not repaired. I have been without a car since the day of the accident, making it extremely difficult for me to get to work and handle my daily responsibilities. I do not have rental coverage through my insurance, and I was simply told to rent a vehicle at my own expense. After being without my SUV for over three weeks, I do not feel this is fair. The lack of communication has been very frustrating. The manager does not return my calls, and I have received very little information regarding the status of my vehicle. I understand repairs can take time, but customers deserve updates, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I feel that my concerns have not been taken seriously. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this repair facility. The customer service has been extremely poor, and the lack of communication has only added to the stress of an already difficult situation. Rating: 1/5 stars ⭐

  My experience at Sames Chevrolet was excellent!! Mr. Estrada was very cordial and professional. He was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car. Joe from maintenance was also professional and made me feel comfortable. And Mr. Gama made the paper process so smooth and easy. He explained everything and made me feel comfortable with the process. Overall I am so happy with my Trax RS. Love it!!!

  Mr. Luis Martinez was very helpful and very attentive! He was very customer engaging and the total focus was on me. I finally got the vehicle I have been searching for and Mr. Martinez made it possible! Very amazing service! By far one of the best experiences!
