  I had a fantastic experience purchasing a 2025 Jeep Wrangler for my daughter at San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM on September 29, 2025.   My 2nd visit and wasn't a good one. Made an appt over the phone cause the website wasn't letting me make one. Dropped my car off the morning of my appt, didn't ere or get any follow ups on the status of my car so called them. They said it will be ready the following morning. Went the following morning and was stranded there for 7 hours! Had to ask 3 people the status of my car 3 times and wasn't until the afternoon I finally got an answer and was able to get my car in the late afternoon. Had to miss work physically but luckily had my work laptop. 2 of the 3 people I ask were trying to get me to buy a car after I told them I just bought one not even a year ago, which was a major turn off and rubbed me the wrong way. My 1st visit was great! I got follow ups of my car and everything went smoothly so not understanding why my 2nd visit was a complete turn around 😕 Car is working fine, was able to get a decent discount off total price of my car repairs. The waiting area was decent and comfortable but lesson learned, I won't be going there unless I know for sure my car is ready. I lost a lot of time where I could've been at work or doing other things. Shouldn't be any false promises or expectations. Tell the truth and be honest and say we don't know and follow up with the status.

  I leased a Wrangler from Carlos. He was excellent, knowledgable about Wranglers, and wasn’t a busy salesman. When I said I was considering a different make and model as well, he encouraged me to go test drive that car right then and there instead of waiting for my appointment in Marin the next day so I wouldn’t waste my time. As I was driving over to that other test drive, I turned around and drove right back to Jeep because I knew I could trust Carlos. He was lovely to work with.

  Went to this dealership for the first time a while back and it’s been my dedicated dealership ever since. I talked with Ander in the service department and he made the whole process with my jeep quick and easy. He explained everything they were gonna do to my vehicle and was very transparent about how long everything was gonna take. Ander and his excellent service is what keeps me coming back to this dealership. Highly recommended
