  I had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing my Jeep Compass at San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. From the moment I walked in, Mike Dier’s extraordinary sales team, Romeo and Kyjuan were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful through the whole process in all forms of communication (text, emails, dealership visit). They took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. Mike finalized all steps at the end and then off in a beautiful car! I live in Austin and drove to San Marcos for this purchase. Well worth the trip! Terrific experience overall. The entire process—from the test drive to the finance department—was smooth, transparent, and incredibly efficient. If you are looking for a stress-free car buying experience, I highly recommend asking for sales rep Julie Anderson who has continued to follow up with me about my vehicle. I will absolutely be returning for future purchases and I have already told family/friends/colleagues.

  We were not expecting to get the vehicle that we did, it is better than we had hoped for, way lower mileage, much better condition and the price was very reasonable. To top it off they got us a better rate than our credit union. Saving us about $1800.00 over the life of the loan. Rhette, our salesman was courteous, fun to talk with and very knowledgeable in all aspects of our purchase experience, all in all, a very good experience!

  We had an amazing experience working with Alex as first-time car buyers! He was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk us through every step of the process. Since this was our first time buying a car, we had a lot of questions, and he was very patient and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was truly willing to work with us and made sure we felt confident and comfortable with our decision. Alex is not only a great salesman but also someone who genuinely cares about his customers. We’re so thankful for such a smooth and positive first car-buying experience! Highly recommend asking for Alex Dominguez!!

  Dylanne was assigned as my service advisor and with her guidance, I received quality assurance and she always had time for any questions I asked of her with fast turn around when she responded. Thomas is the Service Manager and he came out of his office to meet me and introduce himself and that meant so much to me. I will continue to take my Jeep Wrangler to this fantastic group that made me feel like my voice was heard and that was highly impactful in such a great way. It took an awful event (vehicle damaged) that got me to this Jeep Dealership however the team I worked with were kind and listened to the most important things I could share and worked to provide me paperwork detailing the damage caused so I could move forward to having them fix it with new parts and a solid warranty. I am a loyal customer so I will always go back. Prices were fair & I appreciated the fact that they were happy to help with payment plans that were helpful to know about so that the entire invoice could be paid on my terms and I was able to find out what needed to be fixed, what could wait, and the priority of the issues. Thank you to Dylanne for who I will continue to work with when I need anything done to my Wrangler & I highly recommend her. Thank you to Thomas for pairing the two of us to work out the best way forward for my situation. I will continue to work with this team for all my future needs and am grateful for the hard work & dedication to their craft. 10 stars!

  I had a great experience at San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. The sales team treated me with a lot of respect, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the entire process. They didn’t just give me a good price on the vehicle, but their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Even though I live in Georgetown, and there are several RAM dealerships in the Austin area, they offered me the best deal and were the most attentive and responsive. I truly felt like they cared about helping me find the right truck and making sure I was happy with my purchase. Special thanks to Jason and Claude — both of them were extremely helpful, professional, and very supportive. When they found out I live about two hours away due to traffic, I originally planned to come back the next day to pick up the vehicle. However, they went above and beyond and arranged to deliver the truck directly to my home. That was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of time and effort, especially since I didn’t have another car available. I highly recommend this dealership. I had a very positive experience overall with San Marcos RAM dealership, and especially with Jason and Claude. Excellent service, very professional, and truly customer-focused.
