  Fantastic experience here at San Marcos Toyota. I am a 22 year old first time buyer, and wasn’t sure what to expect when buying my first car. Lloyd Gray was my Salesman here and he did an exceptional job leading me through the process, showing and explaining all the options to me. Most importantly, he kept my number close! He stayed up to date with me for a month, and once we were on the same page about what I wanted, he helped me drive my very first car (2026 Rav4) off the lot that same week. Buy here, and see Lloyd!

  We had a very disappointing experience with San Marcos Toyota's service department regarding a recurring electrical issue on our Toyota Gold Certified 2022 Toyota 4Runner. The vehicle spent 21 days in the shop for an ABS/brake light issue and was returned to us as repaired. Shortly afterward, the exact same problem returned, this time accompanied by a burning electrical smell and smoke coming from the air vents and floorboard. We were later told that water intrusion and extensive corrosion in the wiring harnesses were responsible, which left us questioning why those issues had not been identified during the original repair when the vehicle was already being diagnosed for the same electrical problem. Communication throughout the process was frustrating. We often struggled to get clear answers regarding the diagnosis, warranty coverage, and responsibility for the repairs. We were also disappointed by how our concerns were handled when we questioned the findings and requested additional clarification. As customers dealing with a repeat electrical failure and a significant safety concern, we expected better communication and a more collaborative effort toward resolving the issue. To make matters worse, after the original repair, our vehicle was returned with missing hardware and fasteners that later required additional attention. While the GM did address those items, it further reduced our confidence in the quality of the repair process. Ultimately, we sought assistance elsewhere and had the vehicle repaired by the selling dealership. Based on our experience, we would not return to San Marcos Toyota for service and would encourage others to carefully consider their options. I wish I could provide the full details of our experience, but due to Google review limitations and moderation policies, I have chosen to keep this review brief. This summary reflects only a portion of what occurred during our attempts to resolve the issue.

  Purchased a 2025 Toyota Camry SD hybrid beautiful red exterior and awesome interior big backup screen, dashcam, trackíng device, only put $500 down and my old car 2012 Honda CRV the ac had just gone out but I had been planning on purchasing a vehicle soon, but one day without ac made it sooner than expected but it was worth it San Marcos Toyota off IH 35 and posey Rd have a lot of beautiful new and used vehicles, Ned Nawaja was my sales consultant he was very helpful, friendly and got things done. I definitely recommend San Marcos Toyota if your looking for a new car. I got a good deal with GAP and extra coverage at a awesome price per month. Thanks San Marcos Toyota!! ❤️❤️

  Had an awesome experience with Skylar!!! I went in to get my 4Runner appraised and told him exactly what truck options, I wanted to get into. It was between Tacoma or a Tundra. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Guess what?! Skylar delivered with everything, I wanted and more! I was very impressed! He was honest and upfront and stayed on track with my pricing. I just about got what I wanted for my trade in and was close to the same payment from my old vehicle. Highly recommend Skylar to get you into a new Vehicle.
