  We recently purchased a hard to find vehicle and Esli from Sands Chevrolet was able to help. I called the dealership, Esli answered and from the beginning was professional, polite and very knowledgeable of the business. Esli is not your typical pushy salesman. Esli took us seriously, knew what we were looking for and ultimately found us the perfect vehicle. Esli’s commitment to customer service places him in a class of his own if you are in the market for a GM purchase. Stephen his sales manager is very helpful and highly recommended. We are from out of town, so all communication was a text or phone call, and handled professional and smoothly. Esli is very honest, trustworthy and very prompt in his responses.   Lil Joe was the best sales associate I have ever worked with when buying a vehicle. From being patient with me and my three kids during the whole process, helping me with them the entire time and helping me clean out my old car at the end he was just amazing service. Not feeling like just another sale was a nice feeling to experience after many bad experiences during other transactions at different dealerships. It’s funny because I only came in to collect my gift card I won in the mail with no intention to buy. Although, they had a beautiful Suburban and met me where I wanted with the numbers. Couldn’t be more grateful!

  Normally stick to private party sales but glad I gave Sands Chevy a shot. More specifically, working with Thomas and Karam. They had a Tundra on their used lot that I couldn’t pass up. They came in with a super aggressive offer on my trade that made the stars align. Happy to say I was in and out within 2 hours. Came out with the dream truck and 2 new friends.   I worked with Thomas Hughes first over the phone then in person. I can not emphasize enough how well the process was from start to finish. I bought a Chevy Bolt ev and i couldn't be happier with every little thing we had to do. Thomas made everything super easy and was transparent honest and fast. His service was so great and amazing i will be sending him all my frinds and family. Thank you Thomas for everything you did for me and my family.

  Don't buy your vehicle from here. I bought a 2025 Silverado. Now the speakers are cracking for no reason. Sands refusing to fix. They say it's a glitch lol. Also my screen does not turn off after I power off my vehicle. This has happened several times. I have evidence. They also say this happens lol. Had to go to corporate and file complaints. I bought it new and still under warranty. Stay away.
