“I purchased a used vehicle from this location in early February when I was there buying the vehicle, my salesman told me that it was maintenance in-house from the get go for all 61,000 miles. I have driven enough to get my first oil change and when I got done with it, I was told that I need to flush my brake reservoir, fluid my transmission fluid, my differential fluid, and an induction flush. all of which should’ve been done at 60,000 miles. Now, when being told that your vehicle that you’re about to buy used has a perfect maintenance record and then come to find out at 70,000 miles that those four services mentioned earlier have not been done is kind of a slap to the face, not only was the car not cleaned entirely because I found a melted Laffy taffy in my door that I took hours to scrub out, my antenna was and is still leaking and I was told that my warranty hadn’t started yet so it’s not covered. I also do not have the carpet that should have been in my vehicle. I highly regret this purchase and Sandy Sansing is one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever experienced. I also was told that the credit check I was getting at first while I was there without my spouse was a soft pull then I got a billion emails about a hard check which shouldn’t have been done without my spouse which put me in the predicament of getting a ding on my credit for no reason kind of forcing my hand. Nobody should ever buy from here and I’m ashamed to think they had southern hospitality in my small town. Shameful”
