After filing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy due to significant business debt, I found myself in a difficult situation when the lease on my 2023 Genesis GV80 was about to expire. I visited several dealerships and either got denied or was offered unfavorable loan terms that required large down payments because of my recent bankruptcy. I wanted a vehicle that was still under a full factory warranty, offered excellent value, and provided many of the same premium features I had enjoyed in my Genesis GV80. Since Genesis is owned by Hyundai and closely related to Kia, I was already familiar with the quality and reliability of the brand. The Kia warranty, including the 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain coverage, was especially appealing. By the grace of God, I learned about bankruptcy fresh start programs and began researching dealerships that offered them. That’s when I came across Rudy’s information on the Kia Fresh Start Program and decided to give him a call. From our very first conversation, Rudy was honest, knowledgeable, and confident that he could help me secure a vehicle with reasonable terms. To be honest, I was skeptical after my experiences with other dealerships. However, Rudy followed through on everything he said. Not only was I approved, but the financing terms were far better than I expected given my recent bankruptcy. Rudy treated me with respect, never made me feel judged for my financial situation, and worked hard to help me get back on my feet. If you’ve experienced a bankruptcy and think buying a vehicle is out of reach, I highly recommend speaking with Rudy. My experience exceeded my expectations, and I am truly grateful for his professionalism, honesty, and commitment to helping people get a fresh start. Thank you, Rudy, for making what I thought would be a stressful process smooth and successful. — David Germain
