  If you want to be heard and given all possible options, this is the dealership for you. The place is huge, but quite comfortable and the people are AMAZING!! No pushing you into what you can’t afford- no Smokey mirrors. You get direct and best case scenario that works for you. I’m really glad to have found such down to earth dealership where what the costumer wants/needs is used to make the best for both dealer and customer. I would consider this money well spent. They work it out if you have issues don’t hesitate to at least visit to see what can be done to help you into a vehicle. I was looking elsewhere at an 2018 vehicle-glad it didn’t work out. Luanne and Billy are very knowledgeable and experienced in making sure you are OVER SATISFIED. Special thank-you to both of you. I met others, and everyone was personable and professional. Customers were greeted as they entered with a smile, hello or his you found and can I help you? I can’t say enough to express my satisfaction. Now I’m behind a 2023 vehicle and plans to improve credit has already begun. Come take the ride and check them out! 😉

  If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, go see Vanessa!!! She was a PHENOMENAL SALES WOMAN!!!! Her along with Billy the Finance Manager helped make this Deal possible!   Jordan S was my sales guy. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the car that I purchased. At first, I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get a car that I wanted and loved or even a car at all. My current car had very high mileage but was still driving fine but I knew it was time for an upgrade. But with a little help of Billy Sherman, he got the deal done and I am in love with my 2025 Kia K4. I knew if anybody could get the job done it would be him. Thank you, thank you thank you! Highly recommend and I will absolutely be a returning customer and will refer my friends

  Highly recommend Kia in keyport! The entire staff were so friendly. I had a great experience working with Jordan S. He was honest, upfront and explained everything really well. I’ve never left with a new car knowing so much about it. His energy and enthusiasm makes the lengthy car buying process much more enjoyable. He was easy to work with and I love my new car! Kia sorrento!

  My experience with this Kia dealership was phenomenal! My breaks locked and all my indicators came on. I had to get my car towed here. Carlos gave me advice as if he was a gentle grandfather. He was very compassionate and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help me. He answered all my repeated questions without a sign of annoyance. I will definitely be back if I have a problem with my car or just to say hello if I am in the neighborhood. 10/10 recommend to anyone who value great customer service and efficiency. Thanks again!
