  Moving from VA to NJ meant having to spend time finding a Nissan entity that had good reviews. I used AI and quickly discounted several until this one popped up with 3 names. 2 have moved on but Steve Polotti Service Manager had great reviews so I sought him out. I was not disappointed as my first check-up I came armed with all my records and none required as it was a 70K check-up and he noted a few items I could do later. Decent waiting room to see your vehicle and in and out. I travelled further and will do so again when I bring my wife’s car in for service next week. Steve is awesome.

  What a wonderful experience it has been to do business with Sansone Jr’s Windsor Nissan. I’ve shopped at Nissan for every single car I’ve ever owned and this was by far thee BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Michael S and the Sales manager Erik were amazing. Very professional yet personable. We were sold a great car for a great price by great people.   Working with the folks at Sansone Jr was a great experience. Erik and Michael are very proactive and worked very hard to make the whole process super easy and efficient from start to finish. I had very specific requirements regarding the specs for the trim I wanted and that configuration is hard to find. However, not only were they able to locate a vehicle with those exact specs but also had it in my hands in less than a week. Great job guys! Really appreciated your effort, good humor, and customer friendly approach. If anyone reading this review is in the area and interested in looking at Nissans, I highly recommend that you stop in to see Erik Kistoffersen and Mike Saviano at the dealership.

  I had a great experience with a very nice kid named Eli who was a little bit younger than I’m used too dealing with in a car dealership. If all your sales people are as honest as this young man was you will have more of my business. Thank you everyone who helped me get into this beautiful little Truck.
