  Recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Didn’t think I wanted a jeep but Santiago was so helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, very no pressure or car salesmany. I’d just come from another dealership (not jeep) and was feeling very down and negative about the whole experience. I must have sat in nearly every Wrangler there new and used. Also love that it still has knobs and dials and not everything is a digital display that could go wrong. It took me over a week to finally decide, I never felt hurried or pressured or that I was going to miss a deal. It was the easiest, least stressful, and pleasant car buying experience EVER! Santiago continues to be helpful as I have questions arise about my new jeep. Super happy.

  Bought a jeep here, get periodic service. Service always seems at fairly high level, but scheduling is difficult. Often don't answer phones, some issues require call in to schedule. Quality of service does seem good, car is returned cleaned. Have a nice free shuttle for car drop off.

  I recently purchased my Jeep Rubicon X from SBCDJRF and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Veronica and Santiago were very helpful, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. From the test drive to the sales process - everything went smooth and stress‑free. I am extremely happy with my new Jeep and I can't thank the SBCDJRF team that helped me during the process. Highly recommend!

  I recently purchased a 2017 Lexus RX 350 from Santa Barbara Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat, and unfortunately had one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Before buying the car, I pointed out that the front Lexus emblem had a yellow coating and asked if it could be cleaned. The salesperson told me to just order a replacement on Amazon. During the test drive, the salesperson immediately started talking after I started the vehicle, and later I realized the stereo system constantly detects a CD even though there is no disc inside, causing problems with Bluetooth and SiriusXM. I also drove five hours home after putting $13,000 down on the vehicle, yet the dealership would not even fill the gas tank. The detailing job was poor as well — when I got home and lifted the driver’s floor mat, the carpet underneath was soaking wet and appeared to have been covered up. There was also a recall related to the passenger door handle. I asked about it before purchasing and was told it was believed to be handled. Three days later, the interior passenger door handle broke off. I ended up taking the vehicle to my local Lexus dealership, where they removed and cleaned the emblem, applied a protective coating, fixed the door handle, filled my gas tank, and detailed the vehicle inside and out — all at no charge. They even mentioned that cleaning the emblem was something the selling dealership could have easily done before I left. I have already emailed management about these issues and hope the dealership will respond and make this situation right. For comparison, when I previously purchased a vehicle from Tracy Chevrolet in Tracy, CA, they filled my gas tank without me even asking. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Chevrolet Santa Barbara Jeep.

  Don’t ever take your car/truck here, all they do is make excuses about your vehicle not being done. Able is a liar that said our car was done when the part wasn’t even approved yet. They lag so they get paid more money for simple jobs. Just the worst experience with a dealership I’ve ever had honestly.
